RISE Resource App
RISE is a free app specifically designed to offer essential info and resources to young adults in Southern Nevada transitioning out of foster care, those who've already transitioned, homeless youth, and those at risk of homelessness. Use www.lacsn.org/riselv to get RISE from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Anyone with the app can find help with housing, food, work, and more all in the palm of their hand. Maps, links, and phone numbers for a variety of community resources are all just a tap away with #RISELV!
